PDC for cutting tools are composed of polycrystalline diamond and tungsten carbide substrate, which are sintered together by ultra-high pressure and high temperature. Therefore it embodys hardness and wearing property as well as natural diamond,  and toughness same as the tungsten carbide. The workpiece machining tool used the PDC blanks displays higher smoothness therefore leaves the polishing unnecessary. It is the ideal cutting material.
